Training and Support.

 

One of the basic principles behind ClassMaster is that it should be used by as many
 
people as possible. To achieve this widespread use ClassMaster has been designed so
 
that very little training or no training needs to be given. Teachers can be given a
 
simple demonstration of the system by your staff, and provided they can log-on, the
 
rest is very straight forward. For non-school staff: students, human resources
 
managers etc., once they have been given their log in details it is just a matter of
 
following pre-set menu items.
 
 
For administration and management staff there is a great deal more that can be
 
done using the system, most of this is very easy and provided you remember the
 
basic structure very little training is needed. We provide a user guide which
 
explains the core structure and working relationships within the system.
 
 
We have found it best to train one or two people in a school who then train other
 
staff. We will provide you with as much free remote training via Skype in the free
 
trail as you require. For this we give you remote access to our computers
 

which allows you to see our computers on your screen while we talk over Skype. We
 
can also provide you with a test system where your staff can practice and get to know
 
ClassMaster if required.
 
 
Time required to use the system; a teacher 5 minutes, administrator 45-60 minutes.
